Return Policy

At Muff & Socks, all our products are custom-made and printed on demand, which means we do not hold inventory or accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ll be happy to make it right!

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
>The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
>The item you received is not what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design). Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you experience any of these issues.

We cannot accept returns for:
>Products ordered in the wrong size or color (please consult our size chart carefully before ordering).
>Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

If you experience an issue with your order, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@muffandsocks.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following information in your email:
>Your order number.
>A description of the issue.
>Photos of the product showing the defect or damage.
Once we review your request, we’ll respond within 3-5 business days to confirm whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved, we will:
>Ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you, or
>Issue a refund (including shipping costs, if applicable). Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
